Privacy policy
In this policy we present the data protection rules applicable in Delfin Sp. z o.o., established under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter „RODO”). Please be informed that the Administrator of your data is Delfin Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Kielce (25-852), ul. Chorzowska 22.
Delfin Sp. z o.o., as the data controller, processes the personal data of contractors and customers with particular care and applying a high level of security imposed by law within personal data protection roules. The data controller shall ensure that he takes the due and required care to guarantee the due protection of the information and personal data provided to him. Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. on the basis that the processing is necessary for purposes deriving from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator.
The data is also processed in order to fulfil the legally justified purposes of the Data Controller resulting from contracts concluded with contractors and customers. The data subjects provide the data voluntarily, however, the use of the offer of the Data Controller in many cases is not possible without the provision of data necessary for the fulfilment of certain purposes (including making use of the Administrator’s services, becoming an employee, collaborator). In connection with its operations Delfin Sp. z o.o. may disclose your personal data to the following entities: persons conducting business activity, including those cooperating with the Administrator, e.g. translators, lawyers in the scope of services provided to Delfin Sp. z o.o. state authorities or other entities authorised by law, banks in the event of the necessity to conduct settlements.
Personal data will be kept for the period required for tax and accounting purposes. Data subjects have the right of access to the content of their data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if processing is based on consent) that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
The aforementioned personal data will be processed within the European Economic Area. Personal data will not be processed by automated means and will not be subject to profiling.
